At Speed Rabbit, we want you to have a seamless experience. However, since we deliver perishables and time-sensitive goods, our refund policy varies by category.
Category Refund/Return Eligibility Window to Report
Fresh Produce (Fruits, Veg, Milk, Meat) Only if decayed, damaged, or expired at delivery 30 Minutes
Grocery & Staples (Packaged goods) Only if the seal is broken or past expiry: 3-6 Hours
Pharmacy (Medicines) Only if the wrong medicine or wrong dosage was sent: 1 Hour
Electronics & Spares If the item is defective or doesn't match the description: 24 Hours
On-Demand Services (Heroes) If the service was not completed or was poor quality: 12 Hours
2. Valid Reasons for a Refund
A refund will be initiated only under the following conditions:
Missing Items: An item you paid for was not delivered.
Wrong Item: You received a different brand, size, or product than what was ordered.
Quality Issues: Fresh items are wilted, decayed, or unfit for consumption.
Damaged Goods: The product packaging is significantly damaged, affecting the contents.
Late Delivery: In extreme cases where delivery exceeds the "Maximum Estimated Time" by 60+ minutes (excluding weather/traffic delays).
3. The Refund Process
To request a refund, you must use the "Help Center" in the Speed Rabit App:
1.Select the order and the specific item.
2.Upload a Clear Photo/Video of the damaged or wrong item. (This is mandatory to prevent fraud).
3.Our Technical Manager or AI-Verification system will review the claim within 15–30 minutes.
4.Once approved, the refund is triggered immediately.
4. Refund Methods & Timelines:
Speed Rabit Wallet (Recommended): Instant. The credit can be used for your next order.
UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 Business Days.
Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 Business Days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are typically credited to the Speed Rabit Wallet only.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Speed Rabbit will not issue a refund if:
The address provided was incorrect or the customer was unreachable.
The customer had a "change of mind" after the order was packed.
The item was consumed or used before the complaint was raised.
Small aesthetic variations (e.g., a tomato not being "red enough" or a vegetable being a slightly different shape).
6. Dispute Resolution:
If you are unhappy with the refund decision, you can escalate the matter to our Support Lead at support@speedrabbit.in, We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
